Life can be tough — relationships begin and end, jobs start and stop, the ones we love the most leave us.  You may find that you are feeling lonely and sad, that you cannot stop crying, that there is a constant sense of irritation and anger, or that you are always afraid and anxious.  There is hope.  You can get help.  I will walk with you through this time so that you can get your life back.

During our work together, we will identify what the issues are and develop options.  In a collaborative, supportive manner, I will help you get the skills you need to respond to life’s challenges. With counseling, you will begin to feel better.
