Do you accept insurance? 2018-01-17T13:12:23+00:00

I am not accepting any insurance at this time.

However, most group plans provide “out of network coverage” which allow you to choose your preferred provider. In those cases, you pay me in full at the time of service, and then file a claim with the insurance company for partial reimbursement. I can provide you with the information you will need to file with your insurance company. Please contact your insurance company beforehand to verify what your benefits are and to determine whether you need pre-approval.

What happens in counseling? 2018-01-17T13:13:06+00:00

When your counseling begins, it is important to get information about your personal history. We then work together to identify your strengths and build on those. We will then determine what your goals are and how those will be met. Most sessions focus on working toward your goals.

Overall, we will work collaboratively to enhance your sense of wellness through individualized tools, techniques, and education. I will help guide you along your path as you move confidently to your future with a deeper understanding of yourself.

Can I fill out forms beforehand? 2018-11-08T20:24:24+00:00

Yes. Before your first session print out the Intake Form and fill it out. Please take time to complete it fully and honestly. Bring the completed Intake Form with you to our first session together.  Also, please review my HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
